Capacity building is an ongoing process through which individuals, groups, organizations and societies enhance their ability to identify and meet development challenges. ICCAMNET being an international network for capacity building and research in climate change adaptation and mitigation for food security seeks to facilitate this through organizing workshops, training courses, summer schools and developing new learning curricula.
